- 1 tbsp chole masala
- 3 tbsp chopped coriander
- 1 tbsp amchur powder
Steps to make to make Authentic Pindi Chole
- Soaked Kabuli chana and chana dal.
- Make a small potli by Cardamom, cinnamon, laving,and tea powder in piece of muslin cloth.
- Combine the Kabuli chana,chana dal,potli,salt and water in a pressure cooker, mix well and pressure cook for 5-6 whistles
- Discrab the potli and keep a side
- Heat oil in a pan,add jeera, ginger, add onion garlic gravy and saute on medium flame for 5-7 minutes.
- Add tomatoes puree, mix well.
- Add coriander powder, redchilli powder, garam masala powder,chilled powder,salt,rawmangopowd er,and mix well and cook for 2- minutes.
- Add Kabuli chana with the water and mix well and cook on a medium flame for 15-20 minutes.the water dried out.
- Add the coriander leaves and mix well.
- Serve hot.serve with paratha.
